A Tribute To 20 Warrior Teammates in 2020

A Red Raider senior lacrosse player is not made for defeat

The 2020 Fairport team is ranked as the one to beat

Practice started in early March with everyone “All In”

This team is ready and knows how to compete and win

An invested bunch of guys who play with passion and pride

Together they believe and have always stood side by side

The coaching staff is excited and ready to go the distance

Still working everyday with confidence and persistence

These players dreamed one day they would be Red Raiders

They knew that this was a special group even as 6th graders

The virus has spoken and broken hearts and dreams

While the coaches and the players are still reviewing schemes

There will be a tomorrow, you will again touch the Raider Rock

You will always be our sunshine and warrior teammates says Doc

Fame and victories don’t last but friendships and memories do

We love our seniors today and tomorrow, every one of you

Hope and love will keep us positive and always together

Once a Raider…Always a Raider will be our pledge forever
