Why Box Lacrosse?

Simply put, to build better lacrosse fundamentals! For the last few years we have been looking for a way for Fairport lacrosse players to develop better fundamental lacrosse skills in a manner that our kids get to have fun and compete with their teammates. The intent of our box lacrosse program is to allow our lacrosse players to play together in a confined space that will help them to further develop their lacrosse skills, while working together and building camaraderie.

Internet Registration

Internet sign-ups for 2022 Boys Lacrosse Summer Box program is now open and will remain open until July 5th. You must be registered by JULY 5th so that we may divide the boys into teams and get schedules out to you in a timely fashion. To register on-line, go to www.fairportlacrosse.com. Click the summer Box Lacrosse tab on the left-hand side.  Complete the registration form and then print the waiver form. Send the waiver to Coach Torrelli at Fairport High School, 1 Dave Paddock Way, Fairport, NY 14450.

The 2022 Summer Box Lacrosse season will run for 4 weeks, July 6th until July 27th (8 sessions per group).

The cost is $125.00 per player – Cost covers: Rental fee, insurance, T-shirt, Balls, Goalie Equipment, Box maintenance fee, Coaches.

7, 8                                                  Mon. & Wed.                                 6:00 – 7:30 pm 

**Boys in grades 7 & 8 will have 30 Minutes of instruction followed by 60 Minutes of Playing.

***Boys in grades 9-12 will be split into 4 teams. Each team will play at least one game per session. Each game will be 50 minutes’ long, split into 2 – 25 minute halves with 5 Minute ½ time.

The cost is $125.00 per player.
