Registration Information

Winter Indoor Training Sessions Philosophy:

The number one goal of our Indoor Training Sessions is to get as much enjoyment out of playing lacrosse as possible.  We also want to promote lacrosse through games and game related exercises. Continued Skill Development, Development of Basic Skills, Focus on Positional Play and Teamwork, in addition to encouraging creativity on the field through game related exercises are included in our main objectives.  Our coaches believe that continuous lacrosse play and development will increase the potential athletic ability of players. 

Tuesday’s sessions will focus on the following:
Individual player Skills – Goalie, Offensive Skills and Defensive Skills

Thursday’s sessions will focus on the following:
Individual Player Skills – Face-Off

Team Concepts – Offense and Defense along with Small sided game play (Mod B, JV, Varsity)

Internet sign-ups for 2022 - 2023 Boys Lacrosse Winter Indoor Training sessions is now open and will remain open until Tuesday December 6th.

Grades:  7 th  – 12 th
 
Dates and Times: Tuesday’s and Thursday’s 3:45 – 5:00 pm
December – 6, 8, 13, 15, 20, 22
January – 3, 5, 10, 12, 17, 19, 24, 26, 31
February – 2
 
The cost: Covers: Balls, equipment to run program, Rental fees, insurance, Coaches
$250.00 - 20 hours of lacrosse – this is $12.50/Hour – Less than minimum wage

The following programs are A-La- Carte if you are NOT a Club Member ($50 per event):

● Hobart Tournament – Dec. 4 – 10 v 10 - Grades 9 – 12
● Hobart Tournament – Dec. 3 – 7 v 7 – Grades 7 - 8
● RIT Tournament - Jan. 7 – Grades – 9 - 12
